it should come with the downloading disc, doesn’t the PDA have the cd that came with it? if your pda came from work, i guess you can go to the home page of the maker of the pda, click at ‘contact us’, or ‘download sync’. They love that stuff…
Give your answer to this question below!

You can do syncs remotely, depending on the type of PDA and what type of network connection you have.
With the older end Palms, this was done with the use of a modem and phone line. With newer models, this can be done as well.
The short answer is yes, it can be done. To give detailed instructions, you’d have to provide more information about your PDA and its connectivity.
In order to answer this question, you would need to write which PDA you have. Howvever, the process for most recent PDAs is as simple as putting the PDA in the cradle or using a USB cord to sync data between the PDA and the PC.
If you have any Palm PDA, I would recommend looking at Palm’s support pages:
http://www.palm.com/us/support/index.html
With Palm Desktop, you can easily sync data at various locations (e.g. office, home, laptop, etc.).
You should give a more detail account of the environment that you intend to synchronize outside.
Basically, if you have a Palm; what software should be there is already there, Pocket PC has some more purchasing to do in this area, but the hardware is likely needed to be purchased either Palm or Pocket PC.
